Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian Singer and Songwriter. Born in Stavanger on June 15, 1996 and professionally known as Aurora. Her name can be spelled in the form of AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15, 2015, receiving rave reviews from bloggers and music critics as well as from the media. Half the World Away from the band Oasis was recorded for an advertisement of John Lewis, and Nature Boy is an Nat King Cole cover. Katy Perry shared a tweet in which Perry announced her new song Runaway. Enjoy her day. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was discovering a piano in her loft and being fascinated by its music. Jan Oystein Aksnes, her parents May Britt Aksnes, and Jan Oystein Aksnes, encouraged their daughter to learn music more as a hobby as a career. She started writing her own songs.
